"Hambalyo 8da maarso.." congrats to the araweelos from 1981
March 15th 1979, depicting "Dhagaxtuur" at the middle, followed by "Sayidka" and "Xaawo taako(?)".
It says "iloobi mayno taariikhda", better seen inverted
